Sunday, October 1 – Meet the intern! Catherine Taylor, one of our two CPC interns, will be the invitee for the attention of adult ed focus this week. Join us for an opportunity to hear from this 3rd year MDiv seminarian as she charts her path into the PCUSA ordination track from a trajectory that has included adventures as a high school math teacher and also as a fiction writer. Catherine is dually enrolled at CST and Princeton and, while interning with us, will be targeting efforts and innovations on the education side of CPC ministries. She makes her home in the DC suburbs of northern Virginia and is with us for one semester. Bring your curiosity and questions to this opportunity to get to know her better!

Regularly Scheduled Activities for Adults
Gathers monthly in “Circles” for small group Bible Study, as a large group several time a year for special programs.
Meets at Mt. San Antonio Gardens at 7:41 a.m. each Wednesday.
Meets Wednesday mornings at 10:30 in the Quiet Room at Mt. San Antonio Gardens Health Center.
An adult choir which meets Thursday nights at 7:30 p.m. for rehearsals, then sings in worship each Sunday.
Presbyterian Performing Art Series
A free community offering of performances in various styles. A reception follows each performance to give the audience an opportunity to meet the artists.
Low impact aerobic exercise classes, offered at 7:00 p.m. on Monday and Thursday evenings.
Firm Believers II
A slower paced aerobic class offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:45 a.m.
Community Free Meal
Regular participation with neighboring churches in the preparation & serving of a meal to those less fortunate in our community.
