Foothill AIDS Project

Foothill AIDS Project is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people living with or at risk for HIV across the San Gabriel Valley, San Bernardino County, and western Riverside County. Through compassionate, client-centered services, FAP provides medical case management, mental health counseling, housing support, and education to help individuals achieve stability and long-term wellness.

FAP is also committed to reducing HIV stigma and promoting awareness through community education, prevention programs, and advocacy empowering our clients to live healthy, dignified lives.
