Join us on November 1 & 2 for an exploration of the Enneagram, where we will discover a profound, elegant and compassionate map of the human psyche including both psychological and spiritual components. Put all this together and this will be our guide toward self-understanding and self-development.
The goal? Self understanding. As a further benefit, a peek into the motivations and inner workings of others in our lives, to increase understanding and improve relationships.
By gaining insight into our personal world view, we gain deeper understanding of ourselves and others. Values, habits and motivations will be explored – and healthy, presence based alternatives discovered. Lecture, discussion and interactive exercises. All levels of Enneagram knowledge welcome.
Friday evening we'll offer an introduction to the model for those unfamiliar or needing a refresher and will be mostly a teaching and storytelling opportunity. Saturday we will jump into the complexities – values, behaviors, habits, motivations, and offer concrete ways to loosen these constrictions for a more balanced sense of self and others. This day will include some didactic and a variety of exercises, partner and group sharing.
The Enneagram is rich in wisdom and holds promise for a more present life with greater compassion.
Our presenter, Kathryn Grant, is a Certified Enneagram Instructor, Accredited Professional with the International Enneagram Association and an Associate of Jerry Wagner’s at Enneagram Spectrum.
